1. What we collect
Account details (name, business name, email), the documents and content you upload to train your bots, conversation data from your bots, and usage/billing information.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service: authenticate you, generate bot responses from your content, show analytics, process payments, and improve reliability and support.
3. Sub-processors
We use trusted providers to run the service, including Supabase (authentication), Neon (database), OpenAI (AI responses), and Razorpay (payments). Your data is shared with them only to deliver the service.
4. Data retention & control
Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete documents, projects, or your account at any time; deleting removes the associated data.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped access tokens, and per-tenant isolation. No method is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via the support options in your dashboard.
