No refunds
All payments to BotPlexus are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly subscriptions, top-ups, and pay-as-you-go wallet credits. Please review your plan carefully before purchasing.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. We will not charge you again after you cancel.
No partial or unused-balance refunds
We do not refund unused queries, remaining wallet balance, or partial billing periods. After cancellation, any remaining allowance expires at the end of the current cycle.
Charged in error?
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us through the support options in your dashboard with your account email and the charge in question, and we will review it.
