1. Acceptance
By creating a BotPlexus account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
BotPlexus lets you build AI chatbots (FAQ and agentic) from your own content and embed them on your website and channels. You are responsible for the content you upload and for how your bots respond to your users.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate signup information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use BotPlexus for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to upload content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the current cycle. Your query quota resets each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go is a prepaid wallet charged per query. All payments are non-refundable; see the Refund Policy.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it on an as-is basis without warranties. We may update features and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
